Astronomy
The flooding is unusual; apparently I brought Pittsburgh's horrid weather along with me and it rained (monsooned) for a day, causing the flooding. Luckily none of it goes near the house. Plus I have rain gutters, which are, from what I understand, a rarity in otherwise sunny Arizona.
