Download this file 1.5 cups tofu-mayo 5+ medium-sized potatoes, cubed 1 tsp celery seed 2 tsp vinegar 3 green onion stalks, chopped peas salt, pepper to taste Boil potatoes in water until they can be pierced with a fork. Drain and rinse under cold water. Cube potatoes into bite-sized chunks. Add all ingredients to large bowl and mix thoroughly.
