Download this file 1 1/2 cups peanut butter (smooth works best) 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar 1 stick melted butter 1 12 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper. Mix the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Using a ziploc bag on your hand, press the mixture evenly into the parchment-lined pan. Put the chocolate chips evenly on top. Melt the chips for 5 minutes in the oven. Remove from oven, and spread the melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens, then cut into squares.
