Download this file 1 pkg silken tofu 1-2 tbsp water (or soy milk) 2 tsp sugar or any other sweetener you want salt, pepper to taste Squeeze out the excess liquid in the tofu. I wrap the tofu in a kitchen towel, stick it under a plate, and put a jug of water on top of the plate. Pop everything in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. OPTIONAL: Cloves of roasted garlic or mere mortal garlic. Plus chives and any other herbs you can think of. Or minced roasted veggies!
